I don't normally write reviews but this needs to be done.
It has now been 2weeks and a I still don't have any assistance. I was told by my service provider to contact Paul, he will assist me. When I contacted Paul, his P.A answered and asked me to hold, I could hear him in the background telling her to take a message. She then proceeded to tell me he is unavailable.
My problem is simple. I took out a contract and was told by the sales rep that it comes with 1x free screen replacement within 12months. I requested to have my screen replaced (still within the 12months) but the service has been so poor that I have been ignored by Queen, and still havent been assisted.
Do Not contact this company, they are simply unprofessional.
