Since October last year i have had a account with my billing from Vodacom only to find out that someone @ Alisom committed ***** and upgraded my line without my consent. Since Jan this year i have contacted Vodacom *****, Billings and I dont know how many other departments but just empty promises. They gave me a contact at Alisom Group called Natasha Staniforth who does not reply to your calls or emails so not sure what she does and why i must suffer due to ***** on Vodacom Franchisee fault. Vodacom is just as useless as the poeple at Alisom Group. My only other choice is to go into store and make scene and advise all the customers in store of the ***** that is prevalent at Alisom as i found out that I’m not the first person they did this to and they also had to sort this out after many months

I get offered a cellular contract in October 2024, I accept the contract. 2 months into the contract I note that I am not receiving the offerings. This began the query as it was affecting my business negatively. It took 4 months for Alisom to admit the error was on their side as Vodacom could not offer the package. Mid contract I get told to "fix" the situation I need to pay to change the contract. The matter was escalated to management and Executive management and to the Alisom Complaints channel with no response. 7 months later I am now being given even worse service with minimal offerings on this contract which is causing me to now loose business. I am a small business and even trying to escalate to Vodacom has yielded NO feedback. The conduct of this company is shocking considering the mistake was on their side.

Since Sunday 24 September, our Vodacom LTE internet service has been down. Despite numerous promises to call us back with updates, we have received no resolution from the company. Contacting the initial sales person, Megan Steyn, has proven unsuccessful and this is not the first time we have experienced internet issues within a 6-month period. Each time, it takes over three days to receive a response from Alisom, who then directs us to Vodacom's self-help support number. This level of customer service from Alisom is unacceptable and has greatly impacted our business' productivity and customer support in the past 5 days.

I don't normally write reviews but this needs to be done. It has now been 2weeks and a I still don't have any assistance. I was told by my service provider to contact Paul, he will assist me. When I contacted Paul, his P.A answered and asked me to hold, I could hear him in the background telling her to take a message. She then proceeded to tell me he is unavailable. My problem is simple. I took out a contract and was told by the sales rep that it comes with 1x free screen replacement within 12months. I requested to have my screen replaced (still within the 12months) but the service has been so poor that I have been ignored by Queen, and still havent been assisted. Do Not contact this company, they are simply unprofessional.

was employed by Alisom IT in 2019. I would say it was the worst exprience ever, I regret the day I accepted their job offer. i'll treatment and disrespect was what I received from IT technicians Rudzani Mbulugeni and Solomon Nkoana.

I applied for Fibre at Vodacom on 11 March 2020, signed the contract electronically and they send me a Service Order number. Regardless to say, I never heard anything from them since. After 10 calls to Alisom ( Even worse service than Vodacom) I never got ANY feedback. I then phoned Vodacom customer care they said that Fibre is not live in my area. I stay in a complex, and my neighbor have Vodacom Fibre, but Vodacom tells me it is not LIVE?????? I will not recommend AliSom or Vodacom to anyone. They are absolutely USELESS!!!!!!!!
