What a mess and confusion with delivery of expired cards. Will it really change after the renovations? One can only hope.
You sent my statement to an incorrect email address. Yesterday I contacted you to clarify the outstanding amount. You forwarded it to the correct email address. Since yesterday i have received four calls from Lancet to inform me there is an outstanding amount. This is bordering on harassment.
So I asked for a quote. I am penalised and overcharged for being on an International medical aid for 11 years. Your "late joiner's charge" is purely a financial decision that does not benefit the member at all.
Fedhealth still has not resolved my enquiry to my satisfaction. I am still being charged for a late joiner's levy even though I've been on a medical aid abroad. The last straw is refusing to pay for annual blood tests.

I've received "no-reply" communication from Fedhealth with "a Late Joiner Penalty where applicable!!" I've been a member for several years. You are wishing me Happy New Year on the 3rd of February... Are you referring to 2026 or the Chinese New Year on 10 February. I am not sure which company you have outsourced your marketing and communication to but it is extremely confusing.
When one works through a reputable Company, one expects the level of service agreed upon. 1. One does not expect no communication from the Representative. 2. One does not expect appointments not being kept. 3. One does not expect the subcontractor to offer direct dealings with the client. The quality one expects and pay for from Rentokil is HIGHLY OVERRATED AND UNDER DELIVERED.
It has become time to escalate this matter to the Ombud and PFA since not even the Compliance officer responded to my previous emails.
