My experience with Spitfire Furniture has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I ordered a leather couch in November 2025, and four months later I am still waiting with no delivery and no clear communication. Despite numerous attempts to contact them via phone and email, my calls are often avoided or ignored. On the few occasions that I do get hold of someone, I am given delivery dates that come and go with no delivery and no follow-up communication. After months of broken promises, delays, and lack of accountability, this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. At this point, the entire experience feels extremely unprofessional and concerning. I strongly caution others to think twice before ordering from Spitfire Furniture based on my experience.

I purchased a vehicle in early October through ABSA Finance and took out a warranty plan with MVIA, paying for it in full with cash. After the purchase, the deal was reversed just one week later because the car was a grey import. I immediately contacted MVIA to request a cancellation and refund, clearly explaining the situation and attaching all the necessary documentation to confirm the payment was made in cash, not financed. Since then, I’ve sent 16 emails and received no meaningful assistance. My initial request for a refund was made on October 17th, and yet MVIA continues to ignore my concerns. Instead of processing the refund directly, they claim the money was sent to ABSA (the finance house), and now it’s apparently up to me to prove to them that I paid the amount from my own bank account. This has been one of the most frustrating and infuriating experiences I’ve ever had with a company. Not only have I received zero help, but the emails I’ve received from MVIA have been extremely rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The anonymous staff members refuse to sign their names, and their attitude towards me as a paying customer has been nothing short of insulting. All I want is the R26,700 I paid for a warranty on a car that was returned, and yet I am being treated like an idiot and forced to jump through unnecessary hoops to get what is rightfully mine. I will never deal with MVIA again, and I strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and I’m appalled by how they have handled this entire situation.
Initially I had my doubts about the Eyewear that was very good priced. But they are legit, and O received my glasses 2 days after I ordered. Happy with the sunglasses and the service received.

I applied for Fibre at Vodacom on 11 March 2020, signed the contract electronically and they send me a Service Order number. Regardless to say, I never heard anything from them since. After 10 calls to Alisom ( Even worse service than Vodacom) I never got ANY feedback. I then phoned Vodacom customer care they said that Fibre is not live in my area. I stay in a complex, and my neighbor have Vodacom Fibre, but Vodacom tells me it is not LIVE?????? I will not recommend AliSom or Vodacom to anyone. They are absolutely USELESS!!!!!!!!
