I applied for Fibre at Vodacom on 11 March 2020, signed the contract electronically and they send me a Service Order number. Regardless to say, I never heard anything from them since. After 10 calls to Alisom ( Even worse service than Vodacom) I never got ANY feedback. I then phoned Vodacom customer care they said that Fibre is not live in my area. I stay in a complex, and my neighbor have Vodacom Fibre, but Vodacom tells me it is not LIVE?????? I will not recommend AliSom or Vodacom to anyone. They are absolutely USELESS!!!!!!!!
