I get offered a cellular contract in October 2024, I accept the contract. 2 months into the contract I note that I am not receiving the offerings. This began the query as it was affecting my business negatively. It took 4 months for Alisom to admit the error was on their side as Vodacom could not offer the package. Mid contract I get told to "fix" the situation I need to pay to change the contract. The matter was escalated to management and Executive management and to the Alisom Complaints channel with no response. 7 months later I am now being given even worse service with minimal offerings on this contract which is causing me to now loose business. I am a small business and even trying to escalate to Vodacom has yielded NO feedback. The conduct of this company is shocking considering the mistake was on their side.
