SKELIM All-E Construction (Anthony and Louise Viljoen)
Run AWAY! Don't walk!! Charming when doing a quotation, comes accross as very helpful and knowledgeable, but once they have your money GONE! They did a quote, arrived for one days work and then it was excuse after excuse - staff issues, transport issues, always blaming the weather (half the work was inside the house!) He had the gall to come and see us the evening of the deadline (with his new secondhand Navara bakkie, child waiting in the vehicle), mustered up a few tears and was eventually shown the door. His wife Lpuise is just as 'skelim' as he is. Please don't fall victim to this slimeball!! Previously operated under the names 'Wood Bully' and 'AH Kitchen and Decking'

Terrible Company -Deposit takers
The owner of this company is Anthony Viljoen. He is is very charming man, appears knowledgeable at can put you at easy very soon one therefor feels you can trust him. His wive Louise Viljoen handles the advertising under All-E construction specialising is Nu-tec, Wendy ect. They have a previously advertised under the name Wood Bullies. Now after I accepted the quote for kitchen enhancement and wendy house he arrived for a days or two's work. He laid my Wendy floor, broke out the bar where the kitchen cupboards would come. Then promised more material delivery and then then excuses came thick and fast. Broken bakkie, delays at factory, misunderstanding at suppliers etc. Then a team will arrive just for nothing to happen. I since traced at least six similar cases Where Anthony disappear with deposits. We eventually asked him to stop the job after 2 months and requested and refund. No refund was paid.No for lega steps. Please do not make uaw of their services. Most likely you will never see your money. He did visit me, crying that my experiemce is not his standard behaviour. However after speaking to others making use of his services -how owns many people many. Search Anthony Viljoen on facebook and you can cee for yourself. My recommendation is run and please do not pay any money to him.

Dishonest, Lack of business knoweledge.
Operating in Grootbrakrivier & Mosselbay area. Toatal disrespect for client specifications, lack of planning, lying about supply chain, working several jobs, lack of knowledge as to building specs. Areogant attitude by the owner had him being chased off site in Feb 2025. Owner spent add money to rectify the job. All-e construction, Never Ever Again. Cheap

lack of communication and unreliability
I strongly advise against using this company for any construction or service-related needs. I completed a cupboard layout for them in January and, despite multiple follow-ups (over five emails and calls), I still have not received payment. The owner consistently provides excuses, such as vehicle issues or problems with suppliers, but never takes responsibility. My parents also used their services for a building project, and they encountered the same lack of communication and unreliability—unanswered calls and missed appointments. I didn’t want to leave a negative review, but when a business operates with such unprofessionalism and lack of integrity, it's hard to stay silent. If you're considering using them, be prepared for frustration and disappointment.
