I strongly advise against using this company for any construction or service-related needs. I completed a cupboard layout for them in January and, despite multiple follow-ups (over five emails and calls), I still have not received payment. The owner consistently provides excuses, such as vehicle issues or problems with suppliers, but never takes responsibility. My parents also used their services for a building project, and they encountered the same lack of communication and unreliability—unanswered calls and missed appointments. I didn’t want to leave a negative review, but when a business operates with such unprofessionalism and lack of integrity, it's hard to stay silent. If you're considering using them, be prepared for frustration and disappointment.
