Complaint all Glass sea point
Shocking customer service Job done. Offered to pay cod. Declined. Payed eft same day. Was in hospital Head office called me at 8 am to say payment was incorrect! No signal in the Mediclinic Checked Investec bank Sent proof of payment I have been dealing with them for 20+years Owner Graham Bower ( friend of mine) appears too busy to call me back I will never use this rip off company again’ No apologies nothing! What a disgrace!

Fantastic customer service
<p>Needed a pane of glass replaced quickly on an external facing stacker door. Team came to check my measurements, then go back to get glass cut, then installed, all within a few hours. Really impressed. Next best option was likely to have taken 3 working days.</p>

Bad Customer Service
<p>I won't to complain about there service. First asked them to come out and quote on a shower door sliding door and mirror replacement. They came out quick. Shower door was done quick then they wrongly quoted on a strip replacement on sliding door which actually just needed new wheels, the mirror was measured incorrectly also. I had to phone them constantly to remind them to install a mirror. The mirror arrived not fitting properly on the top which I am just leaving because I had enough of their bad service. Today I get a phone call to remind me to pay. Hell how are you suppose to pay without an Invoice. "Oh our driver gave it to you and we see we going to have a payment issue". Excuse me where is the invoice. We will email it, 13:00 in afternoon I had to send them an email for Invoice. I will not recommend Stians glass to anyone.</p>

ALL GLASS ALL CROOKS
I phoned All Glass Seapoint to get a quote for fitting 4 panes of Glass, I gave the size and was quoted R2500. When they came to the house the price went to R6995, needing the job done urgent I stupidly paid the full amount instead of the 75% required. I was not at home when they came to do the job but before I left work I got a mail with an invoice attached (no explanation why) but an amount of R4295 to supply and fit a pain of safety class.<br> I got home to find one of the pains of glass they fitted was cracked ( hence the additional invoice)<br> I went to their office in Seapoint I wish I had visited the office before I entrusted them to do the job as the calibre of people there would have been a warning. The long and the short of it was I quote \we have your money' "Its on our quote that's it's your responsibility\"" \"" We didn't' F**k up it was the people that removed the class\"" ???<br> These people are crooks avoid them like the plague."""
