We ordered a 70lt camping fridge/freezer online from All Outdoor and Home, from day one it was a nightmare it was never mentioned that this unit still had to be made up on the website (only now have they put something on). Normally when you order online it takes a couple of days. 3 weeks later after continuously phoning and eventually demanding we want our fridge we received it, only to discover a couple of days later that they had forgotten to put the mechanism for the car charger on and it was also wired incorrectly and overheating. We took it to a large camping and outdoor place who advised us to take it to their Ref Mechanic He advised us that he could not touch it as it is under guarantee and to get hold of the company. Lesley who sells the product and the ecommerce manager would not listen to our complaint and actiually put the phone down on us. So we are sitting with a camping fridge/freezer that is useless as how can you transport this unit without it charging in the car. They do not return phone calls in fact we cannot get hold of anybody from the factory. Lesley will not take our call and neither will the so called ECommerce manager take our call. We want our money back and have been told that the owner is in the Netherlands. We are leaving for Kruger in 2 x days time with a camping fridge/freezer that does not work. A huge letdown as they really do look like good quality a good quality camping fridge/freezer
