I bought a Typhoon camping stove from Alloutdoorandhome aka Lesandre Online. It has never worked properly. The flames are set extremely high and you can’t use the oven for anything. At first she gave us the manufacturer’s number but when they could not help us, she said we spoke to the wrong person. I insisted that she sort it out then as I purchased from her, not them. Then I received excuse after excuse until I asked for a return address to send it back for a refund. Now I get no response from then. I hate going this route, but we are pensioners, permanent campers and hate using a faulty gas appliance that reeks gas when you use it. I wish the manufacturers would get involved as I don’t know where or who to turn to next. update: she contacted me very quickly when she saw my post and now claim that she doesn’t carry the warranty herself, although that was never mentioned before. She will apparently put me into contact with the manufacturer as she said they claim it is in fine working order from our videos.

On 7 August 2023 I purchased an item online from “Alloutdoorandhome.co.za” aka “Lesandre Online Pty Ltd”. According to website standard deliver period is 3-5 days. By 16 August I hadn’t received the item purchased. Only after I queried non-receipt, and after the item was supposed to have been delivered, was I told that the item was out of stock and still needed to be manufactured. I was offered a refund and I accepted this as the seller had been unreliable. On 20 August I provided bank account details for the refund. It’s now 8 weeks since they agreed to refund and I still haven’t got the refund. I have queried the seller (Lesley-Anne Daniels) numerous times and was told she would follow up on the refund. Lately she is not responding to messages. I have no idea what they have done with my money but taking over 8 weeks to refund, if at all. is totally unacceptable. Their website states “Our objective is to give excellent customer service to every customer…”. Clearly they are falling far short of that objective.

We ordered a 70lt camping fridge/freezer online from All Outdoor and Home, from day one it was a nightmare it was never mentioned that this unit still had to be made up on the website (only now have they put something on). Normally when you order online it takes a couple of days. 3 weeks later after continuously phoning and eventually demanding we want our fridge we received it, only to discover a couple of days later that they had forgotten to put the mechanism for the car charger on and it was also wired incorrectly and overheating. We took it to a large camping and outdoor place who advised us to take it to their Ref Mechanic He advised us that he could not touch it as it is under guarantee and to get hold of the company. Lesley who sells the product and the ecommerce manager would not listen to our complaint and actiually put the phone down on us. So we are sitting with a camping fridge/freezer that is useless as how can you transport this unit without it charging in the car. They do not return phone calls in fact we cannot get hold of anybody from the factory. Lesley will not take our call and neither will the so called ECommerce manager take our call. We want our money back and have been told that the owner is in the Netherlands. We are leaving for Kruger in 2 x days time with a camping fridge/freezer that does not work. A huge letdown as they really do look like good quality a good quality camping fridge/freezer
