A rude and obnoxious man

This rude man Frank that owns the company is nasty and horrid man. He quoted me a price after commenting what sort of a man my husband is to allow me to do this!! We accepted the quote as we are naive when it comes to this and was told by someone else that we got ripped off. On asking this rude man for a breakdown of the prices, he started insulting both my husband and myself and slammed the phone down on us we were since quoted less than half of his quotation
