A rude and obnoxious man
This rude man Frank that owns the company is nasty and horrid man. He quoted me a price after commenting what sort of a man my husband is to allow me to do this!! We accepted the quote as we are naive when it comes to this and was told by someone else that we got ripped off. On asking this rude man for a breakdown of the prices, he started insulting both my husband and myself and slammed the phone down on us we were since quoted less than half of his quotation

CON ARTISTS
These people took my payment and have not delivered my order which is over 6 weeks ago. You cannot call as you get cut off. The online chat person, Tsholo, is useless. He just didn’t answer me. And they don’t respond to emails.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
A phase of my electricity went off at about 17;00. By 19;00 everything was sorted out. Excellent service received byWillie Scholtz. He immediately contacted the electrician, and kept me posted and called back to see that they had completed the job..

VERY HAPPY WITH DISCOVERY INSURE
On a Sunday, my one phase of electricity went down. I called Discovery Insure and spoke to Emilio Mokgethi, and within no time, I had the electrician at me and all done. Excellent service

Taking advantage
Ordered an omelette and added spinach and they charged R40 extra. And Tasha’s in Rosebank charge for Mayonnaise!!!

Discovery Building
I had the opportunity to tour the new Discovery building by Faith Nxumalo this morning. She was fabulous and so informative and knowledgeable! It was a great experience. The building is incredible!

Great Service
With regards to a claim, one is supposed to call Discovery Insure and they send out an assessor and the claim is dealt by someone approved by themselves, but my television lost reception and I was unaware that I could claim and called my own maintenance team in. I explained this to Discovery and they STILL paid the full amount into my account. It's the best insurance company I have ever dealt with. The whole process was dealt with, within 3 working days
