I called MICHAEL to enquire about the cost and requirements for hiring a 23 seater bus and he was so rude! He told me I must speak English if I want him to understand what I wanted as if I was speaking ****** Swahili!!

Such pathetic customer service and utter arrogance is nauseating when coming from someone who is in the customer service industry who deals with clients daily!!

I have never been so disrespected in my entire life. I pity anyone who will find themselves in the unfortunate situation of using their services. Disgusting!! 😡😡😡😡😡
