Wonderful service.
I had a very wonderful experience at this enterprise. The owner is so helpful and knows proper customer service and he knows his story, I was in and out within 10 minutes with the correct part that I needed. Thank you!

Arrogance and bad customer service.
I received the worst customer service ever! The guy was very rude and impatient. He had no sense of customer service or courtesy at all. He was just displaying arrogance and an imaginary sense of "power behind the counter". I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

Horrible service!!
I had a ********** encounter with the managing director Michael Pashut when I called him to enquire about their bus rental service via the All Things Auto platform. He dismissed me and basically told me not to waste his time. He told me I must speak English if I wanted him to understand why I'm calling as if I was speaking Swahili or Russian when in fact I was speaking English. Before I could react as I was still shocked at such a rude person he said he can see we gonna waste time so let's just leave it at that and he hung up! I didn't get assistance. I pity anyone who would find themselves in the unfortunate situation of having to talk to him or acquire his services. What a disgrace!!

Had an absolutely ********** experience with the Managing Director ,Michael Pashut!! I called to enquire about their bus hire service through their Auto and Bus website and he dismissed me and basically told me to **** off. I have never experienced such utter disrespect from a customer service business in my life. I don't wish anyone to find themselves in the unfortunate situation of having to communicate with him or his business at all!!

All Things Auto is a joke!!
I called MICHAEL to enquire about the cost and requirements for hiring a 23 seater bus and he was so rude! He told me I must speak English if I want him to understand what I wanted as if I was speaking ****** Swahili!! Such pathetic customer service and utter arrogance is nauseating when coming from someone who is in the customer service industry who deals with clients daily!! I have never been so disrespected in my entire life. I pity anyone who will find themselves in the unfortunate situation of using their services. Disgusting!! 😡😡😡😡😡

Worst catering services ever!!
This is the worst catering company ever! They hid away a lot of food at my uncle's wedding ceremony in Tsakane and people didn't have enough to eat. Some people even left the venue without eating. The following day they call us to come and collect left over food from the wedding. We had to collect a big pot full of spoiled meat, big pot of spoiled rice and a buckets of salads that we couldn't use because they were all off. Our kids went hungry and it was just very embarrassing for our guests when the food was short but these evil people hid food away. What a pathetic service they offer. If you want your invited guests to go hungry at any of your events then hier this people!!

Guesthouse from hell!
The worst guesthouse ever! The place is not accessible because the area has literally no roads. When you eventually get there, you can't even park your car because the entrance is so awkward. I had booked two rooms then I had to cancel one because I ended up travelling olone. The horrible owner who has no business etiquette, no clue about customer service and no respect for clients, refused to refund me the money for the cancelled room. If you want to experience a guesthouse from hell then this is the place. What pathetic service!!!

Great service!
Great service. I was kept up to speed with the repairs literally the whole time my vehicle was there. I must give thanks to Natashka for her excellent customer service skills. Keep it up Team Greenstone.
