RATHER USE BUMPER TO BUMPER AS A SUPPLIER BEFORE CONCIDERING USING GEMINI PARTS!!!! They charge half the price anyway. Gemini Parts gives you the wrong parts on purpose when they do not have the correct parts in stock and refuse to take return of the incorrect items, *****ing customers money.

I received the worst customer service ever! The guy was very rude and impatient. He had no sense of customer service or courtesy at all. He was just displaying arrogance and an imaginary sense of "power behind the counter". I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

I recently purchased parts from Gemini Parts on Saturday, but after consulting with my mechanic, I was advised that there was no immediate need to replace them. I returned to the store seeking a refund, only to be told that the box was open, and therefore, the items were non-refundable. If the items had been refundable, I was informed that they would deduct a 20% fee. This is incredibly frustrating, as I was not made aware of these strict policies at the time of purchase. I understand that some stores have return policies, but the lack of transparency regarding the 20% restocking fee and the refusal to offer a full refund under these circumstances feels unfair and unreasonable. As a customer, I expect clear communication about refund terms before making a purchase, and this experience has left me disappointed. I urge Gemini Parts to review its refund policies and customer communication to ensure they are more customer-friendly and transparent. I will be hesitant to shop here again due to this negative experience.

They sell broken parts and are unwilling to exchange them. The boxes arrived as new; without a dent, but the contents were broken. This is the second time it happened to me. Their sales manager (Ibrahim) is rude and nasty and told me the offer NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT... Don't support these *******.

I went to Gemini Parts to buy Cumbelt for my Toyota Rsi 20v and they gave me when I got home the belt was incorrectly and I returned it to demand my refund, surprisingly they refused to refund me and told me that we should read before we buy.

I was referred to Gemini as they import genuine Toyota parts which i needed for a Toyota Landcruiser. I called, i called, i got through to accounts who transferred me to sales and waited and waited and waited. I was then cut off. This went on for an entire business day. I eventually connected with three of their Whatsapp numbers - +27 72 530 3607/+27 71 107 2286/+27 76 700 6241. Still no joy after sending VIN. pics, description of parts etc. I called in first thing the next morning and spoke to an Indian man. He told me they had my details and the salesperson i was dealing with would assist me. I then sent many messages to this salesperson and the other numbers, no response. After my rant, my conclusion is this, they dont care about customer service or about any customers. They rely on walk in trade which is a challenge if you are out west or in other areas as they only have the one outlet. I have no idea how they remain in business, but then again i suppose time will tell. I would not recommend this company at all. I eventually went to Goldwagen and although not necessarily original, i spent close on 10k for a Landcruiser 4x4 used for cross-border trips and i will continue to use the likes of Goldwagen and similar purely because they were prepared to take my call and efficiently respond with availability and prices.
