Vodacom is overcharging me despite cancelling 3 insurances on my account. I was told I'd get a laptop and router on a contract of <R800, but my latest bill is R1688. The insurances I cancelled are still active, and they've added extra charges. As a 20+ year loyal customer, I feel disrespected and ****med. I've asked them to fix this, cancel the insurances, and adjust my contract. If not resolved, I'll terminate services and return equipment. 😤
I lost my Huawei smart watch on the 20th of January 2025. I have done every processi was asked to follow only to find out today that the consultant said my watch wasn't insured while I was told that we need to finish the Cellphone claim first now they are telling me a different story. The consultant from Vodacom assisted me with filling out and sending the claim form. Today I was told that they didn't receive my claim form. I have been up and down to get my watch that I have never skipped a payment for insurance. They allocated my smart watch under laptop.
I recently purchased parts from Gemini Parts on Saturday, but after consulting with my mechanic, I was advised that there was no immediate need to replace them. I returned to the store seeking a refund, only to be told that the box was open, and therefore, the items were non-refundable. If the items had been refundable, I was informed that they would deduct a 20% fee. This is incredibly frustrating, as I was not made aware of these strict policies at the time of purchase. I understand that some stores have return policies, but the lack of transparency regarding the 20% restocking fee and the refusal to offer a full refund under these circumstances feels unfair and unreasonable. As a customer, I expect clear communication about refund terms before making a purchase, and this experience has left me disappointed. I urge Gemini Parts to review its refund policies and customer communication to ensure they are more customer-friendly and transparent. I will be hesitant to shop here again due to this negative experience.

What a weekend getaway with ladies. Resort facilities were great with wild life at our doorstep. Cleanliness is the KEY at the resort. We enjoyed everything there. We were at Carelsklip C5. We enjoyed the 10km hiking and the game drive.

Arrived at hospital at 14h45 on Friday the 10th of June 2022. We waited for 6 hours with my son who was in pain due to dislocation on his wrist and fingers. He was attended around 21h00 and we left at 01h30 am Saturday morning
I was so excited with the excellent service my son got from Orthopaedic department. Keep up the good work.
