NEVER AGAIN!!!
I will never recommend this place to anyone. This is by far the worst dentist experience we have ever had. My wife's tooth was pulled without proper numbing - she felt everything. She was lying there crying, and neither the dentist not the assistant made any real effort to help or stop the pain. They didn't even clean her teeth, properly treat the actual problem, or give her any real aftercare. No medication for infection, no painkillers, nothing. Instead, they spoke to each other as if her pain was completely irrelevant. I honestly don't know where these people got their qualification, because they showed zero care, professionalism, or compassion. Absolutely unacceptable.

Can u pls help me make Tambo memorial hospital bring back my belongings 🙏I got admitted der the nurse took my clothes n placed them for safety nxt thing wen I leave the hospital my clothes are missing n the nurse was nower to be found wen I call they say I should come a certain tym wen I get der they say she's off all the tym I've been patient for so long am talking about work uniform, 12 inch frontal new formal high-waisted pants, been calling evn spoke to the bosses I wrote complaints bt am not getting any help is now 5 weeks, yesterday I called they said they will get bck to me of which they never did until I called again n no one answered me, how to I lose my belongings in the hands of a person I evn trusted wth my life

I'm very disappointed and angry with service I received ,from 2022 January I requested a file for my late husband who passed away November 2021 to date have not received. Instead I have been given by ad attitude by the rude head of staff keep saying they can't find it. Until this when the insurance company went themselves and the file was received same-day, and claim that they have been calling me to pay and I did not come which is blunt lie. I have payed now it's a no new story of signatures it took another month for that. I contacted them on numerous occasion still no help. Kindly assist the company needs the file so they can compensate me. My children cannot suffer because of lazy and *********** staff they hired. (Unhappy and angry community).

Useless, disorganised
Neurosurgeon only deigns to show up one day a week. When he feels like it. So patients have to wait the while day on the off chance he arrives. Even when he phones and says he'll be there in an hour you're still waiting two hours later. If this mother trucker doesn't know what an hour is, can you trust him with your brain? Surely whoever runs this place an come up with a procedure that actually works.

The best hospital with good Doctors and Nurses 👌👌👌🙏top tier they keep on checking their patients.....they managed to help my daughter who came there almost paralyzed 💐💐💐💐

Excellent service to the hospital staff
I would like to give the hospital staff at Tambo Memorial hospital their flowers. My dad was sick since April this year and we decided to take him to Tambo from July and the service we received from the securities, the emergency ward, the nurses and the Doctors was excellent. He was at ward 22 everyday when we go visit him the feedback we got from the staff and other patients showed that he was well taken care off. Unfortunately he didn't make it, however they tried their best to help him and we as the Lek****wa family we appreciate the help their gave us. Keep up the good work.

Pathetic. Don't care if baby is sick. Parents are forced to leave their babies overnight alone...
Worst hospital ever. How can they ask parents to leave their 10 month old baby overnight not allowing either of the parents to be by their child.. now i must leave my child with strangers not knowing how they will treat him. If they will make sure je gets fed( he still breadtfeeds) this is the cruelest thing ever and a violation of my right of being a parent. I hope someone sees this amd actually does something because now i mist leave my 10 month old baby in this hospital not knowing what they will do to him... pathetic excuse of a hospital
