I would like to give the hospital staff at Tambo Memorial hospital their flowers. My dad was sick since April this year and we decided to take him to Tambo from July and the service we received from the securities, the emergency ward, the nurses and the Doctors was excellent. He was at ward 22 everyday when we go visit him the feedback we got from the staff and other patients showed that he was well taken care off. Unfortunately he didn't make it, however they tried their best to help him and we as the Lek****wa family we appreciate the help their gave us. Keep up the good work.
I received a call from Itumeleng 1life insurance sales consultant, last week friday. At that time I am rushing to a meeting. He introduced himself and started to tell me about who I covered in my old policy. I was like get to the point I am aware of the policy and I know who I covered in it. He said to me everyone has a smartphone you are not the only one. there's nothing special about you. I mean you called me on my phone and I gave you time to speak yet you want to act ****y? How do you expect me to even reinstaite my policy with that atittude? 1Life get better consultant with better customer service.
I contacted Nedbank customer care on Saturday and was assisted by Tshawe Sodeli. It was the first time I had received such excellent service from this department. Keep up the good work.
I went to Shoprite at 120 end street in Johannesburg. It was 15 mins before 8pm. I finished shopping around 3 mins to 8pm and by the time I get to the till there was no one all the cashiers including the management were ready to go. The manager on duty called a cashier who was fetching her bag to come and assist me. The cashier was so rude and she used the F word and told me that she wants to leave. She ordered me to come to where she is whereas we waited for 10 mins for her to come and assist us. She was throwing tantrums. Her name is Palesa. She have one eye that is not functioning well. I was so disappointed with her bad customer service.
I went to buy a washing powder at Shoprite 120 End street in Johannesburg. The price on display was R34.99 for a 2kg Surf and when I got to the till the cashier said it's R42.99. I told her that the price on display is R34.99 she called the supervisor. That woman told me that the price tag was not there yesterday and she started swearing at me in front of all the customers in store. I told her I won't pay R42.99. She told how that I'm disrespectful I should take my things and move away from the till and wait for a manager. The manager came to assist me with no greeting or apology.
The customer service consultants are so incompetent. Ever since I started banking with this bank I have never received a one call resolution. I have to call 4 or more times to get help.
