Terrible experience, I had an accident on the 20 February and I had to beg for my car to be collected from first help. I was told to ask my insurance to send an email which they did on the 27 February on Friday when they had already approved and they informed me they will only collect it on Monday the following week. I keep getting different turnaround times regarding the car parts. I called last week and yesterday and I was informed that it takes 3-5 days for them to get the parts and when I called today they extended the time frame to 7 days. Itβs close to a month and nothing has been done I am very disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone.

Worst unprofessional panel beaters who don't value their customers. Take your car to them at your own risk. Got an accident in October 2025, took my car to Renew it Greenstone panel beaters. It was there for close to a month. In November I fetched the car. I got the shock of my life as the workmanship done on the car was horrible and poor. I told them and they told me to bring back the car in January 2026 as they were going to be closing early in December. I went back in January 2026, they told me they are fully booked and I must come back in February. I went back in February, dropped the car and left it to be properly re-worked. After work I went to collect my car, but nothing was properly done, it was still a mess. I complained to them, but they never took me serious. I foned my insurance complaining and they reached out to Renew it Greenstone who then agreed they will arrange a courtesy car for me at their cost so that I bring back the car for proper rework. Renew it Greenstone promised to get me a car from their head office, that was in February. To-date they (Nomthathazo-service advisor) keep telling me excuses. My service advisor is Nomthandazo and she doesn't pick up my calls anymore or reach out to me as to what the way forward will be. She is so unprofessional. Now I am so frustrated because my car is messed up. When I call Renew it Greenstone, they don't pick up my calls. I even foned the head office complaining but they seem to not care as well.
