Everything (service) went well during the bond application to registration of the property. After registration, we realise that the water pipe from the kitchen to the drain outside was damaged. I immediately notified the agent, she promised to come see what is happening with pipe, she never came. I would WhatsApp her & she'll bluetick me: no response, no communication non whatsoever. After all, she's the one who said if we have problems, we should contact her then she decides not to respond. What a terrible service by the agent? Wouldn't recommend her/ the company to anyone
