I left the property i was renting in at Richmond Park in an immaculent condition. In fact, the new tenants went out of their way to thank me. I stayed for one year, never missed my rent, left on the 29th of Dec 2025. I would like to think i am one of those human beings that is always considerate of others however , i am not begging for my deposit back. I was told 21days & still nothing , what a disappointment guys, there is very little integrity left in this world sadly.

Listing Number: 114894247. An enquiry was submitted for this listing. The agent Craig White was contacted. He order for a viewing he wanted us to provide him with a pre approved bond. This is not a requirement to view a house. If this was than it should be mentioned it in the listing. I have viewed a number of properties and this was never requested, so why did this agent make this a mandatory requirement. This was supp**** and to date he still has not even provided feedback as to how was this used and to provide a viewing for the property. In conclusion, Craig white wanted a pre approved bond for a property which we had no chance to view. With POPIA, why is this agent not following the rules. My personal information was requested for what ******* purposes??

Firstly the property was falsely advertised. I have pics to prove it verse the video that was sent to me. An issue accured when roaches started coming out I noticed 1 roach before I moved in, in the main bedroom was died. Didnt think to much about it as the place wasn't cleaned when it was give to me. I notified the agent nadine about it and the landlord they said they would send someone out to fumigate. The man arrived at the property said he needed to domb the house so that means we must leave for an hour and agents said that we didn't have to leave could stay in the property. Nevertheless the landlord said the man must only do the kitchen because she doesnt have R600 to do the whole townhouse. The property was a health risk to myself and my kids. My daughter woke up with a roach on her arm one morning. Roaches in the kitchen everywhere place even smells of it. Just disgusting. I sent the owner of the company advertising video verse the pics I have and asked him would he live in that conditions and he never rep****. The kitchen cupboards all rotten upstairs cupboards rotten. I even ask Nadene to get me another rental she ignored me and they don't want to pay my deposit back. No1 should ever do business with them in my life time I have dealt with alot of agencies but this one is far by the worst ever. Even looking on hello Peter so many complains about them.

I would like to leave a review for Nadene Dresse @ Allegiance Properties Soma, she was such a great help in assisting us with viewing the property and made sure we got the apartment. Anything we asked for she assisted us and is always willing to go out of her way. We will be collecting our keys at our apartment in Kibler gardens tomorrow morning and will be meeting with the beautiful friendly Nadene. I could not have asked for a better agent. I would give her a 10/10 rating for her brilliant services. Well done

Everything (service) went well during the bond application to registration of the property. After registration, we realise that the water pipe from the kitchen to the drain outside was damaged. I immediately notified the agent, she promised to come see what is happening with pipe, she never came. I would WhatsApp her & she'll bluetick me: no response, no communication non whatsoever. After all, she's the one who said if we have problems, we should contact her then she decides not to respond. What a terrible service by the agent? Wouldn't recommend her/ the company to anyone

CONTEXT: As a professional working in the construction industry and closely-related field such as property, my experience with the company has been nothing short of abysmal & dismaying. Our company was approached by an estate agent and subsequently appointed to detail as-built documentation for municipal approval, as the built structure/s were not legally built. It is quite common for banks to only finance houses which are fully approved by the local authority/municipality. After preliminary discussions with the home owners and the estate agent, formal & signed agreements were made with the owners of these structures for the work. As many professionals and clients have experienced, local authorities are under-staffed and cannot consider approvals in a fair period of time, a technicality which was specifically highlighted during preliminary discussions. This was made worse during a pandemic. The documentation was then compiled and sent for consideration at the local authority concerned. The estate agent, Nonkululeko Khasali, who had trouble dealing with the pressure & impatience from the home owners who are selling their houses through her/estate agency, decided to scapegoat the professionals who were involved in compiling the technical documentation for local authority approval. As a result of her unwarranted fury, she verbally abused the professionals through a voice note, and labelled them with extremely ‘’colourful’’ terms, which can be heard by clicking this link: Warning: The content is explicit and discretion is advised. Link 1: https://drive.google.com/file/d/15nxC0D1fA_s0_oEI-KDNtiH-L7Sxl3tf/view?usp=sharing Link 2: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1VfSfZTvCwiTD-OdTRwHpeNITrzoZWdci/view?usp=sharing Due to the estate agent’s inability to deal with the pressure from the sellers, she scapegoated our company and its professionals and suggested we did not know what our tasks were, which greatly affected the reputation of our service and future work. It seems her scope of work is that of some deity and she has supernatural powers of telling clients who/who not to converse with. The purpose of me linking these is to firstly, and out-rightly, produce undeniable evidence of my claims and demonstrate the abuse that young black professionals have to endure on a daily basis in corporate South Africa. THE MANAGEMENT: The incident was reported to the management through a well-documented dossier. They responded and said they would “look into it” and respond. Yes, you guessed right; they did not respond. I had to follow up and enquire about the progress of a ‘’way forward’’ after the complaint. Were they perhaps trying to conceal the issue and thought I would keep quiet, especially after blatant and such grotesque treatment? THEIR ATTORNEY: After I had decided to make a public review, similar to this one, I received a call from the estate agency’s attorney, as I had expected. The attorney and I agreed that I remove the review as they were working on the issue, or risk facing legal action for defamation. Does publicly broadcasting factual matter amount to defamation? I was told by one of the managers that the estate agent had been ‘’disciplined’’, however, there was very little evidence provided for this. THE UNPAID BALANCE: Above all the abuse, the client’s account was apparently managed by the aforementioned estate agent and therefore paid for the work. All prompts to try to get the balance after completion of our services have not been successful. That looks like a loss on our side. Texts and messages are being deliberately ignored, as expected. Why would they lift a finger to try and address complaints of a black professional? As a service provider, avoid working with Nonkululeko Khasali. She will curse you in the presence of your colleagues. Goodluck.

A few months ago I met Tristan when we looked at a townhouse- we werent ready to buy then. In June he contacted me regarding a house he thought would be perfect for us- and he was right, it is perfect! The whole process took 2 months. Tristan communication skills were excellent and we knew where we stood what was need all the time. TRISTAN- as you know I'm not an easy client but you were amazing. I wish you all the best for the future.
