I left the property i was renting in at Richmond Park in an immaculent condition. In fact, the new tenants went out of their way to thank me. I stayed for one year, never missed my rent, left on the 29th of Dec 2025. I would like to think i am one of those human beings that is always considerate of others however , i am not begging for my deposit back. I was told 21days & still nothing , what a disappointment guys, there is very little integrity left in this world sadly.
I moved into the Barlow Property in Sandton end of December, i had a minor challenge however i was so surprised at how Senior Management, specifically Sarel Pretorius was on top of everything, i am so impressed and so so Grateful for this man, so proactive, feedback was constantly updated. He is just on top of everything which gave me absolute Peace of mind. I cannot thank you enough Sarel honestly for EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!

I recieved a call last week Thursday from Virgin Active on my cell 0782794271, because i missed one payment. The date was the 16th May at 15:26pm, i did not get the young ladies name, because i straight away said, yes i know im in arears then i started explaining, i then said "let me keep quiet now", she then just puts the phone down on me, i call back and speak to Sakhi at 3:31pm i explain what just happened, only to be put on hold for until 16:36pm. He said he could not see who tried to call me back and clearly needed to protect his colleague. Is this what your service has now become Virgin Active, i have been a client for over 20 years, and this how a person gets treated when you miss one payment. You guys are Disgusting!!!
I would like to take this opportunity in saying Thank You so much to Nobathembu Klaas in the accounts department, for finding my eft transaction i did for the WIFI, she was so patient and friendly and understanding. Thank you girl, much appreciated
I have all my benefits with Innovation group for my vehicle. I cannot believe the blattin ***** that a consultant by the name of Mtetwa Mdau just did on my account today at 15:41pm. He went and extended my service plan without my consent, I said call me back tomorrow at 12:30pm, so that i can make an informed decision. I get home and see a Congratulations email??? What is this Is Ross Simmonds aware of this bad practice?
I just wanted to say THANK YOU SO MUCH TO SANDISO FOR HIS PATIENCE & for Just being so HELPFUL!! He assisted me on the 7th of January to set up my WI-FI. THANK YOU ALSO SO TIABORR (Coloured young lady) i hope i am spelling this correctly, She escalated my query and was so professional, these guys were amazing, I cannot thank her enough honestly she could hear my frustration and really went the extra mile. There are some agents that really try their best and these are definitely them. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
I would like to take this time to say THANK YOU so much to Bassonia Manager by the name of Mmakgosi Molete, for her professional conduct & explaining to me how the vouchers work & the best way to use my credit card, really Awesome, friendly lady. The cashier Noxolo Ngculu, is always so friendly and professional as well. I love going there because the staff in general are just so polite and Awesome!!! Keep it up guys!!!
I have never been so disappointed in the service i have been receiving from Mweb. Just a heads-up take 95% of your technicians and train them on customer service and telephone ettiquette. Nandi, Vumatel (useless) have sent an activation email yesterday at 16:19pm, i have been calling so many times ( 10 one time pins) , are you guys not serious about customer's. I need to have an online class tonight, NOBODY in MWEB can push an activation button!!! 7212060118084 M Harris.
MWB29858537- I have been emailing, can calling so many times, i have spent so much money on my prepared phone, desperately trying to get help because i moved homes. Your service has really gone bad. I cannot get through and nobody will even bather to call me as a client.
