Clicks Sorbet - Poor After Sale Service Since 2023 I have been trying to source a charger for my Sorbet Specialist Care 5-in-1 Light Therapy. After numerous phone calls and more recent ones listed below between and Clicks the distributor where I purchased my Sorbet product NO FEEDBACK HAS BEEN RECEIVED. 16 May 2024 at 12h30 Message was left with KG for the CEO Linda to please contact me - no call or feedback was received, I informed KG of the intention of my call27/6/2024 I called the Sorbet Head Office again and spoke to Nolana about my struggle in sourcing a charger this was at 11h4528/6 Rusmaya from Clicks Customer Service contacted me and promised to assist me in sourcing a charger from Sorbet. 16 August 2024 - TO DATE NO FEEDBACK RECEIVED FROM EITHER SORBET OR CLICKS! Please all that I am looking for is a charger, I've offered to pay for the charger as I have misplaced mine. Therefore I am not asking for anything for nothing.

Lizette Schulte From ABSA Head Office kindly assisted me with challenges I faced with at both Strand Absa and Somerset Absa "the managers of the branches were on a conference" thus everything in these branches seemed to come to a stand still in terms of "authorisation" granted. I contacted Lizette From the Somerset Branch after nearly six hours of my time between two branches. LIZETTE was there to the rescue matter resolved in a few minutes, professionally and kindly with a follow-up call the next day!!! Gems like you Lizette are very few and far between - THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART not only as you being an employee of ABSA but also for being a decent human being. "EK WAARDEER JOUBAIE".

Poor Service Delivery - Inspection Report From Strand Fire Department. Just on a year / year ago it was requested for the Fire Inspector to come out and to an inspection on Mont Blanc Complex in Cape Town. A Fire Inspector came out namely Mr Ulrich of which after numerous emails no follow on report has been received from him and the Mont Blanc Complex in Gordons Bay is not compliant from an OHS or Fire Safety Perspective- How does a complex become compliant if inspection reports are not forthcoming in order for the Governing Body to ensure compliance? Mr Ulrich we still await this report?????
Body Corporate Assist - Disappointment in not taking a "Moral" Stance in fear of losing business. The owner of BCA wais continuously threatened and intimidated by the Chairman of Mont Blanc Complex in Gordons Bay, evidence is available of this. In 2022 our complex was managed by a reputable Property Management Company, after the Trustees conducted their due diligence BCA came up as the preferred service provider to take over the Property Management of Mont Blanc From January 2023. It is unbelievable that a professional company such as BCA has allowed a Chairman of a Body Corporate namely Mont Blanc to dictate the Property Law and Sectional Titles Act and who BCA may/may not employ in their company, the Chairman tells BCA what to do, BCA are such a professional wonderful people, especially the MD Cecil Coleman an absolutely committed man to his business and clients. A question was asked directly to the MD of BCA who is still pretty new in the Western Cape coming from Gauteng - Do you really need the business even though you are taking all this abuse from the Chairman of Mont Blanc his answer was yes. So the question one has to ask here is - Does BCA sell its soul against its moral standing, impeccable business reputation, good ethics, and being such good peopler for the sake of a Chairman that blatantly overrides your professional advice all for his own hidden agenda. BCA the question is your Ethics / Morals or the Bucks? Heartbroken beyond any understanding a great business relationship was made and you had two choices and you chose the "Bucks".
On the 26th of May 2022, I went into Edgars Somerset Mall to take advantage of the 50% off Kelso boots sale. On the Shelf, there was a pair of boots that had been worn and returned to Edgars and in turn placed on the shelf to be sold again. When this was pointed out to them the response was very poor as the manager was supposedly not in the store, surely one gets an extra discount for worn goods?
