Not a happy customer at all
I am so ****ed with the service received from Unique furniture suppliers, they are actually fraudsters, they advertised a couch that they could not even do, they made a couch for me which is not the same as the one advertised on the whatsapp status, they've taken my couch back and promised that they will fix it but when I got to their workshop the couch was covered in dust it's almost a month now since they have taken it

Not a happy client at all, so fedup
I'm not happy at all on how my bond application is being handled and I'm so fedup of getting the same negative feedback all the time. I've been approved for a bond last year November so it's close to 8 months now since my application has been approved and it is still not registered. I was told that the plans will be approved with 3-4 and which the 4th month was suppose to be in May but even now they are still waiting for the plans to be approved. If I only knew that it will take this long to get the bond registered I would have canceled it.

Wrong branch and I'm sure if this branch was dealing with my application they would have been on point
I have been dealing with Allegiance property JHB thinking that they were the ones dealing with my application, it was brought to my attention that they have 2 branches. They have been really great in responding to my complaint and by the way they have been handling it I see that my application would have been completed by now,and I just want to thank them for the information provided to contact regarding my complaint

Not Happy about the wait it's been 7-8 months now since my home loan has been approved
I've applied for a bond since last year November I'm still waiting for the bond to be registered and the delay is with the plan that still needs to be approved I was told by the attorneys that it will take 3-4 I'm still wait Ing even now 4 months has passed and no positive feedback. I regret even buying a property through them. I'm not a happy client at all

Delivery
If there a zero on this rating I would haveratd it a zero.I'm highly disappointed with the service I have since placed an order for a fridge on black Friday online, I received a call that it will be delivered on the 10th till now I have not received even a call to let me when it will be delivered and I'm going on vacation now and cannot wait for you to decide in your own time to come deliver it , I want this fridge delivered tomorrow
