I would like to leave a review for Nadene Dresse @ Allegiance Properties Soma, she was such a great help in assisting us with viewing the property and made sure we got the apartment. Anything we asked for she assisted us and is always willing to go out of her way. We will be collecting our keys at our apartment in Kibler gardens tomorrow morning and will be meeting with the beautiful friendly Nadene. I could not have asked for a better agent. I would give her a 10/10 rating for her brilliant services. Well done
Disgusting experience I booked at the royal coastlands hotel for three nights, rooms are very ancient, the first room the phone didn't work and water didn't get hot, second room they changed us to the water was ice cold and the fridge doesn't work as well as poor tv reception. I will be checking out tomorrow due to poor service and I will take this up further if I don't get my refund for the two nights
My debit order for Lewis has gone off my account yesterday and they have debited me again this morning. I'm so sick and tired of Lewis I want my refund today of R1923 else I will take this up further!!!! I am so ****ed off it was my last money in my account
My account always gets paid via debit order at the end of every month. I have 2 accounts with Lewis. Every few months I have to always call head office to allocate my payments accordingly because on the online credit bereu system it shows my Lewis account is in arrears. Again yesterday I was informed my Lewis account is in arrears for October 2021. To find out they didn't allocate the funds to one of my other accounts. Again I had to run into store. Noma from Lewis Alberton was a absolute darling she assisted me to correct the problem and made sure she assisted me. I have made numerous attempts to try and change to cash payment but no one gets back to me. My home loan application was questioning my payments due to Lewis being so inefficient in allocating my payments in correctly. I'm sick and tired of having to put up with this every year.
I opended an account with lewis alberton on the 4th june. Everything was completed successfully. I paid my deposit for my tv to be delivered to me on the 4th june. No one from lewis called me whole of Thursday. I call heas office today they advise my tv should of been delivered because everything was successful. Then i was referred to the branch manager at Lewis she said that head office needs to provide them with a delivery note. Its 1.20pm still no feedback and i advsied the manager according to head office everything that been authorised. Still no phone call from lewis alberton and no t.v. delivered. Their service is poor and i dont recommend anyone to purchase from this store. If my tv does not get delivered i will take this up futher
Hi my name is raeesah ravat i signed with dc experts last month and they said as off november my debits wont go off, and that was mot true because all my debits have gone off and when i called dc experts they said " I CAN REVERSE IT MYSELF " so i call my bank to reverse the transaction and they refused . I WANT TO CANCEL MY CONTRACT AND NO ONE MADE A FOLLOW UP CALL TO ME !!! IF THIS IS NOT SORTED O WILL TAKE MATTERS FURTHER MY NUMBER IS 079 300 8979
