🚨 PUBLIC WARNING – MY EXPERIENCE WITH ALLAN APPLIANCES (SECUNDA) 🚨 I am sharing my experience so that other homeowners can make an informed decision before using Allan Appliances. I contacted Allan Appliances for service of our washing machine. Despite repeated attempts to follow up, I never received a return call from the owner, Shane even after being promised to be called back in 30 min. After I reached out to Shane directly on Whatsapp about the washing machine claimed to be fixed but had the exact same problems then before and missing parts, one of his workers then sent my wife inappropriate messages, which were completely unacceptable and unprofessional. The worker later claimed it was “a mistake,” but the messages were already sent and caused serious concern. To be clear: No proper response or apology was received from the owner. No resolution was offered. No accountability was taken for the behaviour of his staff. This post is based on my personal experience and is meant as a warning to others in Secunda and surrounding areas. If you are considering using Allan Appliances, please think carefully and do your own due diligence before proceeding.
