VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!! Took my Ford Ranger for a service. Two weeks later it went into limp mode. Called my mechanic as I am also in the Automotive Industry to check out my Ranger. Firstly he told me the engine oil hasn't been changed. I paid extra for a new air filter , wasn't replaced. On collection no old parts have been returned as supposed to. Didn't even bother to clean the engine department or give it a quick wash. Allan Joss is a disgrace for the Ford family.
