VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!! Took my Ford Ranger for a service. Two weeks later it went into limp mode. Called my mechanic as I am also in the Automotive Industry to check out my Ranger. Firstly he told me the engine oil hasn't been changed. I paid extra for a new air filter , wasn't replaced. On collection no old parts have been returned as supposed to. Didn't even bother to clean the engine department or give it a quick wash. Allan Joss is a disgrace for the Ford family.
After 3 months no answer to my query. Gave them all my proof of payments , the contact centre said they will call me , sure it's only 2 months later and nobody called me. I lost R699 really?? Is this good customer service??? Very very disappointed!!
Amazing experience!! Service was excellent and premiums far better than what I could get. Will definitely recommend them !!
Now 2 weeks struggling to get connected after I made a full payment on the 18th of February. Agents are useless and incompetent. Made numerous phone calls, on the website chat everyday, WhatsApp chats - no one can assist me to sort out their problem which affects me as a paying customer. Sent proof of payment 4 times - please can someone with a bit of savvy take control at Multichoice/ DSTV????????
Struggling for 5 days to get connected!! Nobody to assist me , keep calling for 30 to 45 minutes at a time , no response!!! I am gatvol with them!;
My car was clamped outside the building they are managing. I was parked outside on the pavement. As the signs clearly read you are entering a clamping zone when entering the carpark. No sign of clamping on the pavement??? The incompetent guards didn't want to listen to me and just walked away - if they were guards or working for whoever as none was dressed in recognisable uniform. I had to pay the R250 unclamping fee to release my vehicle. Luckily I took pictures of the 2 useless guards / workers and of the surroundings. Afripark's urisdiction is inside the carpark and not outside on the pavement.
We waited to be seated , but nobody helped us. We started walking to seat ourselves but the Restaurant and tables were so dirty we walked straight out again. As we were still waiting for one of the five waiters who stared at us but did not bother to help us - there was nobody to complain to. If the restaurant was crowded and no staff available I could perhaps justify a place looking so filthy. I have never seen a Wimpy in such a bad state , never mind the bad service or no service!!!
