I have been contacting this company for over 2 months regarding my paid-up account. I received my confirmation letter of my Isabella Gracia account on August 15th. However, I was debited twice on the last instalment we had agreed to increase my final instalment payment to R1211.02 for the final payment on 31st July 2023. The company took the agreed amount and then further debit me again on the same day for R1018.44. I have sent through bank statements and any or all required documentation to receive my refund. Till this day I am told that their billing department has not responded regarding my refunds despite my weekly follow ups via email and calls. I need assistance in receiving my money back as this company will pester you regarding false "credit payments" and fail to communicate on actual ****s they pull on their end. This credit bureau has failed to withhold their pledge against the South African Credit Bereau act and needs to be dealt with accordingly,
