Do not sign with Allianz Health Insurrance. Find a Proper Insurrance that cares about you and is ethical

Attention to everyone interested in an ''Expat Health Insurance''. We signed up in 2020 with Allianz (me & my Partner) for an Inpatient plan. Turns out, it not only hardly covers anything but Allianz wants you to call them (From Africa in our case via Phone to Ireland) to get a Pre Authorization in an Emergency for them to consider covering your expenses. Their Service is extremely slow and inefficient. They also advertised a SPORT promo to promote you to keep healthy promising to refund you a 150 EUR once of! We have applied to get the Refund but have not received anything 2 years down the line. No one really explains what needs to be submitted and when you do faintly submit an Invoice to receive the Promo, they decline for various reasons. A very Doggy Company
