Builder not to be trusted

I have put in an order for construction work to be done.I have told them that i will flying down from Johannesburg To Cape Town,After arriving in Cape Town i send them a SMS to confirm everything still in order.2 Days before they have to start with construction they let me know it will not be possible due to Covid.I then suggest that we cancel the instruction until further notice.Nadia agree to it and they promise to pay back my R8000.00.That was in May 2021,Up to date i have only received R4000.00 back.The difference still outstanding after several promise to pay's.I They cant be trusted
