Don't use this Airliner.They were useless
During the month of July we flew from Cape Town to Athens. During our flight our connecting tickets from Cairo to Athens were cancelled without our knowledge or permission. Upon our arrival in Cairo we were stranded without flight tickets for the last leg to Athens. We were then forced to buy new tickets to continue our flight at a considerable price. Upon our return to Cape Town we immediately contacted Roxane who was our agent at Ethiopian Air. Needless to say we are still struggling to get our money back. Ethiopian Airlines keeps blaming Egypt Airlines for the problems and Egypt refers back to Ethiopian. I have contacted several people at Ethiopian Airlines without success. (Wondwussen, Roxanne, Tamara) Secondly one of our bags was lost on our flight and we received it back a week after our return to Cape Town.

Worst contractors ever,don't use them
These people delivered extremely terrible workmanship.They took R350k of my money and have not delivered many of the items set out in the quote resulting in high loss of my building funds allocated for this project. They refuse to come back or answer our whatsapp messages.They eventually blocked me and my wife .They will say anything to convince you to hire them. They have no idea what they are doing. Allie is not an experienced carpenter and he is not a pool expert. His workmanship is pathetic. Made in China brands are better than these guys. Do not be fooled by the photos on FB- it was taken before the problems arose. They allegedly use registered plumbers and electricians and offer a certificate of compliance- absolute *******. I do not know how they thought they could renovate a house with their absolute lack of skill. It is quite scary. In hindsight I found out that they collect people and the side of the road or use anyone who will help them and then tell the client that it is their most experienced plumber or electrician or whatever. When all the problems start surfacing they make a run and block all communication. Here is a list of all issues: Roof repaired and painting but leaking water on ceiling Cement work done, crumble Tiling done in kitchen and bathroom tiles differ but was told it is A grade tiles Electric connection on oven not connected according to specifications Braai rooms roof leaking water after repairing And so i could go on an on.

Poor service delivering
Dear all.Don"t use this contractor for any of your renovations.Have used them and they offer to renovate my kitchen and bathroom with 1 st grade tiles.They using 2/3 grade tiles and tiles also differ.Tailing was not up to standard.Repair my braairooms roof and promised it will never leaked again but after 5 months it is leaking again.After sales service is non existing and after raising complains they just blocked me from their cellphones.You will waist your money by using them.

Careful,do not use Allie and Sons
Allie and Nadia and the most dishonest people I know. They will say anything to convince you to hire them. They have no idea what they are doing. Their workmanship is pathetic. Telling me he is using first grade tiles for which i have paid ,but tiles used was not even second grade.Two different floor tiles used in my kitchen and bathroom.Roof repaired in braairoom was told it will never leak again but after 4 months it is leaking.Made in China /Hong Kong brand is better than these guys. After the job was done and problems started to surface,they block all communication. They don"t even answer calls.So be warned they are unskilled and pretend to know what is going on just to take your money.

Start my Car experience
Awesome service, I ordered my parts on line hassle free and my parts were delivered a day before the time. I will defiantly use this company again and recommend to all my friends and family. Need parts? Call these guys Only issue was that part ordered does not fit car(Renault Duster)

Unwilling to pay back money
Do NOT book this guest house! I have been waiting for days for a refund of a booking that I cancelled more than months before the days we had booked for. Zebrina blames Booking.com(who we booked with), but they deducted the money immediately when we booked. Utterly disappointed! Save your money and don't even consider such an unscrupulous guest house such as Zebrina.

Builder not to be trusted
I have put in an order for construction work to be done.I have told them that i will flying down from Johannesburg To Cape Town,After arriving in Cape Town i send them a SMS to confirm everything still in order.2 Days before they have to start with construction they let me know it will not be possible due to Covid.I then suggest that we cancel the instruction until further notice.Nadia agree to it and they promise to pay back my R8000.00.That was in May 2021,Up to date i have only received R4000.00 back.The difference still outstanding after several promise to pay's.I They cant be trusted

STA TRAVEL - DECLARED INSOLVENCY,MONEY GONE
BOOKING REFERENCE: 460406 I would like to enquire on the following:? 1. Has STA travel South Africa filed for liquidation? 2. If yes then please let me know who would manage the companies liquidation? 3. If you need to cancel this booking due to not being able to fulfil the terms thereof, can you then please send me an email so that I can claim my travel insurance please? 4. Is this booking transferrable to any other company that would be able to fulfil my booking? 5. Would South Africans get their money back or not or partly? 6. And lastly please state why you have not given back our money as initially requested as this was clearly possible as our money was paid in cash into your account. As of May this year you changed your refund policy, very well knowing that the clients will lose their money? Why were you not honest and stated that this may possibly happen so that people would have known about making an overall informed decision? 7. You have in fact received my money that you had from the bookings plus the airline back and you actually issued a travel voucher but this is not valid as you knew you would not be able to keep the company afloat. 8. Regardless of this you have tarnished the industry, you have tarnished your name and you have blatantly lied. I need an answer on my money! It is not your money it is my money!!!!

STA Stealing hard earned money
I have booked a trip to ****et for my brothers 30th anniversary. Paid R26000.00 and now feedback from them.Seems they are under liquidation so money gone.Poor service

Not up to Standard Building Contractor
On 27 January 2020 entered a contract with the above enterprise to Build Braai Room. At that stage, the contractor promised to be finished between 10 to 15 days. As of today he has delivered the completed building back on 10 July 2020 after which a mail was forward to them with all shortfalls. On the 4-5th August, they come to fix the shortcomings which were not done in a proper manner. Roof leakings like a waterfall and building rubbish not still removed. Then they promised to remove rubbish before the weekend of -7 August which was not done and also promise to provide a date In 2 days when they will fix the roof which was also not done. After contacting 3 Roof Specialists they confirm that roof is of substandard and will cost R27000 to fix. This contractor can't be trusted and unwilling to rectify his mistakes as promised by him
