More than a month since I placed my order. Still no product, no communication, no refund. I have been week in and week out promised a refund, I see I am not the only client who 1. Did not get product 2. Did not get a refund 3. Been promised action, but none taken. Rather sad that a company can treat customers and the public like this but expect support and good reviews.

More than a month since I placed my order. Still no product, no communication, no refund. I have been week in and week out promised a refund, I see I am not the only client who 1. Did not get product 2. Did not get a refund 3. Been promised action, but none taken. Rather sad that a company can treat customers and the public like this but expect support and good reviews.

Im extremely disappointed with the quality of service i received. I ordered a sliding door, paid order online thereafter I was informed that they do not deliver fragile items outside Gauteng. I requested a refund as i do not have transport from CPT. Agent said that they'll process refund, i followed up the next day and was told that the request was sent to finance team, they havent done refund yet. Thursday i did another follow up and again "your refund request was sent to our finance team for processing". i doubt that any follow up was made to the finance team. I need the refund urgently as i need to order from another supplier and while im having to wait the building is on pause

Best service ever , they have communication π when the delivery is delayed they email , mostly you get what you ordered no matter how far you are as long as you are in Gauteng all stand rates, let me talk about the delivery guys wow they are so friendly helpful they came today lol π π π it was hot very hot I offered iced water lol π they where so thankful. .after I received my parcel the office asked if I'm satisfied with every. I'm happy guys
