Head of Business Development (Clinton Jansen) wasted my time for over 2 months telling me that he is creating a brochure and sourcing technical specification and arranging the auction for my new inverters. He made me sign contract that I wont market the inverters myself until the end of the auction. After waiting my time for over 2 months he send me email stating they cannot help me. I lost many potential customers due to his dishonest, incompetence.

They sell expensive biotech equipment representing it as working when in fact it is non functional. They remove this information from the equipment when they receive it from big pharma companies for disposal. When you pay a lot of money, then complain about the condition, they use the "as is, where is" excuse. It is *****ulent to knowingly sell equipment that doesn't work, without disclosing the condition.

While filling out a product enquiry form, a bid confirmation pops up on screen. No bid was going to be placed unless the information was received. Their system clearly is trying to grab unsuspecting buyers. Nobody ever got back to me regarding this problem, nor my query. Now they are demanding payment. Steer clear. I do think this is a scam

The Auction House doesn't pay back the deposit money. I have lost R20000 in deposits in this fraudulent online auction. I bought equipment through one Sibanye Auction but when one requests the deposit refund they keep on saying they await site clearance until you give up because you waste more money making calls than your deposit amount. There are useless people in their accounts department: Mickayla Mitchell, Aadillah and Jade Shepherd. I think their qualifications must be revoked, I wonder if they are registered with their accounting board.
