Still have not got my cash back

I would like to send a review on Allxs Pass...they are a cashless payment service. So I went to concert in Monte casino 3weeks back, we were told to use this service and the entrance because they were not using cash...so I used the card service and was told we can go and get our money back from the Allxspass website...So I did that but I still have not got my cash back...I have called but no answer and used more cash using the internet and calling now...I just like to be to be compensated for the money I have spend calling and the money I had on the card...Thank you
