I have been calling Sanlam about my refund claim they suppose to have sent to my new account number and it's been months now I still have not received it...I was told that from my father's death claim that was a refund amount owned to me I have called them 5 times already with my updated info I still have no response evertime a different people who answer and restart the process I would like to just my refund I'm not happy and it's shady
I have called FNB regarding my account I have an existing account with FNB but my card and account number doesn't show up on my profile I have called many times and no one is picking any calls I'm not happy I would like to take my money out of the account but I can't it says my card is invalid which only expires in 2025 and I was paid in this account but I don't see my account easy pay account number any more can some get back to asap on Rudy1mkn@gmail.com or 0614868825

I was told by lady at postnet olive dale that I can get my package from DHL send to them I just need to give the correct address now I'm being told they can't expect the package so because of they bad service and information I can't get my package I'm not happy If you trying to use they service it doesn't seem like you will get your package
I had a package send to me to South Africa I don't understand why I didn't get my package when I call them they don't answer I'm tracking my packing and nothing is being done I don't understand what's going the service is very bad
I have called citypower many times for the illegal connection between us and our neighbors the neighbors are bridging our electricity and citypower doesn't want to come and fix it but they say we need to report I suspect they working with them because they refuse to come and fix the issue we had to replace burned items because of the illegal connection they don't care if they is any way to report this to any one higher because we been sitting in the dark for days when we call they don't come
I have send money to some one from South Africa using World remit its the worst app to use I still can not get in the app when I try to check my transfer it's giving me a statement saying that there are action required but I have verified my account and done payment the person still has not received anything if you South African I don't recommend this app to send money
FNB deceased estate is the worst no one at any of the branches know how to unfreeze an account that was closed due to someone being deceased but my mother has all the necessary documents to open the account but when we call the deceased estate the mail box is full or there is no answer we have been dealing with this for months now and even our lawyers are trying to fix it but FNB is not helping
FNB is the worst service I have ever had I had my card blocked for the second time with no warning first it was this thing of FICA which I was not informed about untill I had to swipe my card now my card is blocked because they can't track where my funds that I got on a death claim which came from Sanlam but they asking me to give them documents that prove I got the money from them which is insane if you can see where I got the funds from why not ask Sanlam directed I'm so disappointed in their service and I still have not got my card unblocked even though I gave them the documents!
I would to say that African bank has the worst service my mother had taken a loan with them few weeks back we came back to repay the full loan we were given a settlement amount but they seem to have over charged us on the settlement amount the calculation of the repayment that we agreed to and the amount we paid don't add up
