I have been trying for some time to resolve an issue involving a debt that has clearly prescribed. I have emailed and followed up more than once, explaining my situation and asking for this matter to be handled correctly. Instead of getting help, I am met with nothing but automated responses. No real person, no answers, no solution.
This has been incredibly frustrating and stressful for me. Knowing that a debt has prescribed, yet still seeing it being treated as active, makes me feel completely ignored as a consumer. I have done my part by reaching out and trying to resolve this amicably, but Aloan has shown no urgency or accountability.
Because of this ongoing lack of response, I am now left with no choice but to escalate the matter to the NCR and the Legal Practice Council (LPC). This situation could have been resolved easily if proper attention was given.
I am requesting the immediate removal of this prescribed debt and written confirmation. Consumers should not have to fight this hard just to have their legal rights respected.
Very disappointing experience.
