I really do not understand why the customer must suffer the consequences of YOUR trust issues with Payfast. You literally implemented the Payfast system YOURSELF with no EFT payment option, now I must wait 4 to 5 work days for Payfast payment to clear to your own account. The money was immediately deducted from my account by Payfast.
I highly recommend that customers order from somewhere else because your payment policy is the most bizarre I have ever come across in my life. Do you people swipe your cards at the grocery store then return 11 days later to collect your items? Because this is exactly the policy you have. Nobody else I have ever shopped with have this policy.
