Bad service from alpaco catering
I ordered a knife and porch egg pan in December2024 up to today they haven't delivered the items .it's now 3 months no response to that .I asked for a refund they assured that they were going to deliver within that week but nothing of such happened . Poor service 😢 I advise people to stay far from this shop. It's only that there's no option of zero star on the rating they don't deserve any star in terms of rating

Absolutely appalling service.
No words can describe absolutely appalling service. Waited for longer than a month for delivery, but to avail. Purchase products on 8 February, still no delivery. Will never ever order from this company again, regret deeply to ever ordered from them.

Absolutely appalling service.

Terrible service. Unprofessional and resorts to insults when they are unable to assist.
This company is extremely difficult to deal with when it comes to after sales service. When I made a complaint that I was receiving terrible service I was insulted and told that I will not be assisted ever again and never to contact them again due to me rating them 1 star on google. I am now on HelloPeter reaffirming the 1 star due to the worst response I have ever received from a supplier. This is truly a sad reflection on the leadership at Alpaco.

I am now on HelloPeter reaffirming the 1 star due to the worst response I have ever received from a supplier. This is truly a sad reflection on the leadership at Alpaco.

Be prepared to wait 14 WORK DAYS for your order to be even processed.
I really do not understand why the customer must suffer the consequences of YOUR trust issues with Payfast. You literally implemented the Payfast system YOURSELF with no EFT payment option, now I must wait 4 to 5 work days for Payfast payment to clear to your own account. The money was immediately deducted from my account by Payfast. I highly recommend that customers order from somewhere else because your payment policy is the most bizarre I have ever come across in my life. Do you people swipe your cards at the grocery store then return 11 days later to collect your items? Because this is exactly the policy you have. Nobody else I have ever shopped with have this policy. I really cannot understand how you can be this ***********.

I had a fantastic experience with this business. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. They made the entire process stress-free. I will definitely be using their services again in the future.

What a shocker. I have waited 6 weeks for an order their site says takes 4 days to process. I have called twice and keep getting promises of delivery, but I am still waiting. Their excuses are novel…they moved….they are looking for my box…Nice site, such a pity they are so unreliable.
