I am having a shocking time trying to recover flight costs that I paid using Booking.com. The airline cancelled. I cannot get sense out of Booking.com regarding the refund. Just platitudes from an AI bot. The service and customer care is shocking.
I ordered on 5 November, it’s now 1 March. They said 4 weeks. It’s been 3 months. They communicate nothing , unless you chase. They offer an explanation blamed on their offs**** supplier, but they still do not perform. The service is shocking.
What a shocker. I have waited 6 weeks for an order their site says takes 4 days to process. I have called twice and keep getting promises of delivery, but I am still waiting. Their excuses are novel…they moved….they are looking for my box…Nice site, such a pity they are so unreliable.
