Appaling service at Midrand West Clinic!! No process!
What an appalling experience... I thought going to the clinic early helps. I have been waiting here since 07:30 and still waiting. There is no system in place really. They ask you why you are here (duuuuh, to see someone like a nurse or doctor that can help) then said okay sit here I'll come back to you. During this time I've seen about 30 people go in before me and it's normal, I don't blame the patients who went in before me but the management of the clinic wbo cannot set a some queue process. I am Ill and sitting here every minute longer I can feel myself getting more and more ill. Government institutions are just a nightmare in our country. It suppose to be convenience not death! That's what they doing, killing us. Because we came here for free they make it seem as if they are doing us a favor. They are getting a salary for Pete's sake! Can someone from the department please intervene?!. Why am I feeling like I am wasting my time writing this review! Anyways. When an old friend of mine (Joyce Martha Molefe) was contracting there between July and October. There were no queues and everything was sailing smoothly. So you decided to retrench staff (including Joyce) now the system is back to where it was again, messsssssed up big time. STOP BEING LAZY AND DO WHAT YOU ARE PAID TO DO!.
