Alpen Autohause -AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST

This is one dealership that definitely should be closed immediately. I regret not reading reviews before my son bought his first car at this dealership. On September 11, 2019, my son bought his first car at the above dealership. He was told by the salesperson to drive the car for a month and return it if there are any faults he is not happy with. We then took the car to Thorp Plumstead for an inspection and they issued us with a full report on all faults. The break pads were worn together with the discs which needed to be replaced. Wiper blades were worn among few other things . We took the car in and it stood for a solid week without anything being done to it. The manager claimed the breaks were perfect when the car left the shop and they are not replacing anything on the vehicle. The car passed road wothy test so it was perfect when it left the shop. A week later my son got stuck with the car and I had to tow him home. The started packed up. Up to this day the car is still standing. Anybody who reads this review please do not purchase any cars from this dealership. There is absolutely no aftersales service here. Once they have your money, you will get nothing out of them again.
