Over charged under deliver

i bought a Town House together with Chartwell Group paying R12500 bond every month, South Africans be aware as the Orlando Towers is busy with phase two. I fall under phase 1. I am also paying occupational rent when i moved in December 2023 R8900 with interest.Chartwell pays Orlando Towers Estate Landsdowne the estate body corporate i then pay R2500 to Alpha metering in total i pay R15 000 and still get charged when trying to purchase electricity. I buy R300 electricity then get R20 token/units of electricity then R280 taken by Alphametering in total i spend R600 to get 40 units of electricity. Day light roberry for outstanding billing which I'm not aware of. Is this legal to be charged like that? When you ask what are you owing then send to Lungi which was introduced to me. No contact of Lungi she invisible how im i going to get hold of her to fix this? Please help
