Multiple Items Broken and Damaged Owner just Ghosts you!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent house move. We chose your company with high expectations based on your reputation. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory.

During the move, your team packed the truck with clearly marked boxes labeled with red stickers as "breakable" at the bottom, and placed heavy boxes on top. This mishandling resulted in many glass items being broken. Further to that even furniture was damaged too even after me aqcuiring so much extra buble wrap at my own costs to try and actually avoid this.

Upon notifying your company, I was assured that you would confirm with your insurance and provide a resolution. However, it has been several months now, and we have been left without any feedback. In fact, we have been completely ghosted.
