I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received during my recent house move. We chose your company with high expectations based on your reputation. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. During the move, your team packed the truck with clearly marked boxes labeled with red stickers as "breakable" at the bottom, and placed heavy boxes on top. This mishandling resulted in many glass items being broken. Further to that even furniture was damaged too even after me aqcuiring so much extra buble wrap at my own costs to try and actually avoid this. Upon notifying your company, I was assured that you would confirm with your insurance and provide a resolution. However, it has been several months now, and we have been left without any feedback. In fact, we have been completely ghosted.
Transfer of TFSA from XYZ to 10X which took more than a month! The ball was dropped and I had to constantly phone in and discuss with numerous consultants some were taking exams and took leave while others like client managers just would not respond to my emails. Finally, after I called in again, a lady took ownership and assisted me. This was the most frustrating experience I had with 10X and I am sure this issue can be seen as a learning experience, but I hope no one has to deal with this type of situation in the future. To top it all the person sent me a review to complete after receiving such type of client service, not sure if it is a joke or something but anyway thus I am sharing my experience here now.
<p>I have used your services before and never had issues before, but last weekend I booked a stay of 2400 and came to notice my credit card was charged twice on the same day. So now 4800 in total has been deducted by two seperate debits.</p> <p> </p>
