Alphera service, in my case, is Bad. Poor. Deficient. Disappointing. Regrettable. Unacceptable. Unsuitable.
I did request a copy of my original car papers, which were paid off long ago. I did pay the required amount of money for this service and submit all required documents—ID, proof of address, and license disk information—but after 2 months' time and a number of emails, I never received a reply or an original ownership document of my car papers, long ago financed by them. My case number with them is 05052148
