It seems that poor service is mostly what I read about Alpine motors Pinetown.
I would like to share my condescending experience. I received an sms from VW SA informing that there is a factory fault on my vehicles airbag and I need to book my car in to get the fault sorted out at no cost.
I was attended to by LYNETTE NAIDOO. She booked my car in and I confirmed of that cost and she confirmed there was none.
I did receive a call later that morning informing my that my car was ready but there were other faults which needs to be seen to and the total cost was around R5000.
I informed Lynette that they need to sort out the airbag issue only and I will attend to the others later on. When I went to fetch the car I asked her for a report on what was done, this is when she became annoyed with my request. She said the report was to long and she could not give me one.
I did decide to leave, Lynette called me back and said I need to pay R1495 for a test that was done. I told her how can I pay for something that I was not informed of and there is no receipt either.
In front of the other client in a condescending and insulting tune she told me to leave and she with sort out the bill. I did raise this with a manger and he said he would look into this.
This is the worst customer I have ever received, it seems that ALPINE is all about money and not service.
