Fumble in the dark
My chery pro 4 now has to be towed in for the 3rd time in a month with "gearbox failure". It seems this place is fumbling in the dark here. 1st they updated some software, 2nd they replaced some module, 3rd maybe the flux capacitor will be given a once-over

Horrible and *****ulent Service
DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!! They sold 2 defective vehicles to me and the dealer principle resorts to childish and unprofessional behavior's when you try to get some kind of assistance from him. Bought the cars from Gauteng. Delivered both cars with multiple cosmetic damage never disclosed. Loaded accessories on my deal never received. Provided ******* number plates, KZ plates with residential address in GP. The list of incompetency is endless and simply take no responsibility if you buy a vehicle from them that is defective and it seems like they only sell defective cars. BE AWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP!!!! Only lies, deceit, incompetency and terrible service

A big thumbs up to Alpine Audi Pinetown for there exceptional service and overall customer experience, and a very special thanks to Riaz and Dheeraj for making our deal happen and really adding value to our purchase with there professional offering on VAS products, it was such a pleasure dealing with them they was on the ball and the communication was transparent and we were all on the same page throughout the transaction process, Thanks again guys you guys pulled rabbits out of hats well done and after this experience I will surely be returning and referring clients to you guys.

Hi To anyone interested in helping me please help. I've already written a review about Alpine Motors Pinetown but still no response. I bought a car from them in February 28 2024 which cost R236000 via Absa finance and it has already given me problems twice and personally I wish I could return the car and find another car somewhere else because it really breaks my heart that for my first car ever I have to suffer such problems and stress. To anyone who knows about the laws and regulations about this situation please help. Anyone is more than welcome. I'll post my Vin number for anyone to check. Who is interested. God bless you all 🙏🏽. Sold me a car that was on accident. Sold it as a demo car. They didn’t disclose that the car was on an accident.

POOOOOOR SERVICE
It seems that poor service is mostly what I read about Alpine motors Pinetown. I would like to share my condescending experience. I received an sms from VW SA informing that there is a factory fault on my vehicles airbag and I need to book my car in to get the fault sorted out at no cost. I was attended to by LYNETTE NAIDOO. She booked my car in and I confirmed of that cost and she confirmed there was none. I did receive a call later that morning informing my that my car was ready but there were other faults which needs to be seen to and the total cost was around R5000. I informed Lynette that they need to sort out the airbag issue only and I will attend to the others later on. When I went to fetch the car I asked her for a report on what was done, this is when she became annoyed with my request. She said the report was to long and she could not give me one. I did decide to leave, Lynette called me back and said I need to pay R1495 for a test that was done. I told her how can I pay for something that I was not informed of and there is no receipt either. In front of the other client in a condescending and insulting tune she told me to leave and she with sort out the bill. I did raise this with a manger and he said he would look into this. This is the worst customer I have ever received, it seems that ALPINE is all about money and not service. My rating of one was mandatory to complete this review.

Hii had the worst experience with alpine motors in pinetown I bought a car from them in 2023 June it's was my dream car not thinking it will b a big nightmare in the beginning of February car broke down coz of a EPC light came on the car n the stop n didn't move again so I called alpine for not knowing it was they fault coz they told me the service was done in the car but I was **** to it was not done nw I am still fighting with them to fix my car I will go bk there it so sad that people want to make money but can't do the rite thing

Poor service without courtesy of a reply.
Had a bad overall service experience and complained in writing 3 working days ago directly to service department manager. No reply to date. Big business v small man syndrome. Would go elsewhere but they have my money via a service contract. Not recommended, not first time this has happened to me. Things like system down are common excuses for lack of feedback.
