Not a good idea to order stewing lamb online via ASAP because you don't get to choose the quality of meat in this case What I got was R178 worth of fat hardly any meat. Not fit for any purpose.
What amazes me is the ability to do a same day delivery and early too. Truly wonderful service.
Tired or ordering and paying for an expensive product and then not receiving it. Keep getting told sorry and a refund comes along about a month later. Issue is never resolved and I can never get the product on line. Very very poor service.

Don't believe what Discovery say when they say they cover you for a free Pap smear every three years, not everything is for free. Your visit to the doctor to carry out this procedure, which you can't avoid is for your account and the sundries like gloves and lubricating jelly are not covered.

Had a bad overall service experience and complained in writing 3 working days ago directly to service department manager. No reply to date. Big business v small man syndrome. Would go elsewhere but they have my money via a service contract. Not recommended, not first time this has happened to me. Things like system down are common excuses for lack of feedback.
Ordered a 6-month subscription of Car magazine and on month two no delivery and countless e mails to two addresses have not resulted in any explanation or response.
Bought a pack of sweetcorn a few days ago from the La Lucia store in KZN. Looked ok but no best before date on packaging, did not notice at the time. Unpacked to find 2 out of 4 rotten underneath. Cleverly packed so as not to be seen. Disgusted says it all, consigned to bin.
